Life isn’t about
waiting for the storm to pass…
it’s about learning how
to dance in the rain.
This picture will have to do until I can find the one I REALLY want of my kids playing in the rain (and unfortunately, that ain’t happening today!).
REVISED: I’m in the throes of getting my photographs in order, I will feel amazing accomplishment when this is DONE…! Things are a disorganized MESS so my work is cut out for me (grumble, grumble, it’s what I deserve for throwing them in a box, not keeping them with their negatives, and not ever putting them in albums because I was "going to scrapbook" them :/). Anyway, I came across this series, it’s what I had in mind when I posted this originally :).
Everybody hum "Raindrops keep fallin’ on my head…" as you scroll through them.
What a wonderful philosophy! I think I’ll adopt it!
Are those actually your feet? Pretty pic, none the less. :O)
LOVE this pic… but your kid pic sounds cute too.
Excellent philosophy, I like it!
Susan, I think you already have ;).
Mert, No…not mine, but I likey the pic a lot!
E-mom, yep, ditto ;).
JC, I think you might have this for a life philosophy, too…hmmm, yep, I think so.
Me and Gene Kelly… yes!
Pamela, I hear ya… Gene…Fred…John…Patrick…then…now… or sometimes just alone, twirling by myself :). The art of dance in body and in spirit…now THAT’S “dance”!
Sometimes, however, it would be nice to be the person who goes crazy out there in the rain instead of the person who always remembers to bring the umbrella.
I love this! It just makes me happy.
Karmyn, GO FOR IT! But you might wanna wait until it warms up ;).
Heather, yeah, I thought of you somewhere in this…:).
I love that you an ‘obnoxious’ mom 🙂
