Wouldn’t you know it…last night AND tonight we went out for dinner (and goodness knows, I’m not cookin’ during the day). I didn’t make what I was planning on making to photograph and post for Fun Monday.
Soooo, for all you early FM hoppers who’ve seen what everyone else is cooking, would you please so kindly help me decide a recipe to post? These are a few of my favorite standards–some of which I’ve posted in the past–but because they’re so stinkin’ good, they bear repeating…..

Georgia Peach Martini (not that I’m endorsing the consumption of the wicked drink or anything on these last two…)

Hmm, go for something savoury rather than sweet.
I haven’t put mine up yet (work is really interfering wih my blogging). I haven’t even decided what my favourite recipe is.

As you’re offering to share recipes with us, I’m blogging about about being a food snob of types – a coffee snob! Anyhow, I’ve narrowed it to two: Pan-seared halibut and Pineapple pork roast. Even though I think I’ve had enough halibut for a lifetime (long story, DON’T ask) this one sounds yummy. And after having the Kalua pig at a luau in Hawaii (the best pork I’ve EVER had), I’m on a quest for other wonderful pork recipes. And you said you’ve posted some of these before? Links PLEASE. 🙂
Hello – chocolate? I would think the answer was obvious.
I’d like to see the chicken stew recipe, but have absolutely NO objections to chocolate anything.
Oh good lord, it’s just about 3:00am my time so I’m going to have to come back because these all sound so stinkin good!
Squash Casserole please. Because you can never have enough squash recipes!!!! Especially if your Dad insists on growing them.
