…pack mentality…
…alone in a crowd…
…standing out in a crowd…
…marching to the beat of a different drummer…
…alike and yet different…
I couldn’t decide how to title/caption this series, but I think the above speaks to one or more of the below. I’d love to hear your thoughts and how you’d caption them…and if you like one over the other and why.
Taken on a beautiful Fall day–PERFECT football weather!–at the Clemson – Wake Forest game…where the mighty fighting Tigers devoured the Demon Deacons.
Oooh! Pretty!!!!!
that is so beautiful!
I have one caption for all of them…”the sky has zits”
Cool series of pics! 🙂
beautiful beautiful colours!!
Wow, great photo gallery. Happy WW and have a nice day. Many greetings from Germany.
WOW! That’s amazing!!! I love that last pic:)
Mine is up here;
Wordless
Happy WW!
these photos are amazing!!!!!!!
beautiful!! Waht a wonderful choice for today!!
You made me laugh this morning! What a nice surprise! You know everyone loves to get mail and comments:o)
In answer to your question, we’ve lived here just over two years, the two older kids have gone to school here for three years, and we started building the house five years ago. We’re starting to get to know people. Having three kids in the public school helps with that.
I love the balloon photos, but I am horrible with captions. Ree’s photo naming contests bring me a lot of anxiety. I usually pass on those, but I just can’t keep from thinking about it all day anyway.
I don’t think I can do a Thanksgiving limerick. I’ll be thinking about it all day just like the captions though:o)
I like number 4 best. That one balloon just emerging from the crowd. Kind of like when your kid finds what they’re really good at and they just start to shine, you know? Great pictures.
I like number 4 best too. For me it was more how you can always pick the people you love out in a crowd. Your eye just zooms to them. No idea of a caption though – sorry!
Robin, I’m not sure but the answer is blowin’ in the wind.
All I’ve got for you is a bunch of hot air!
Now my neck is aching from looking up at all those balloons and trying to pick my favorite!
Wow, that’s a lot of orange balloons!! Happy WW 😛
The first one reminds me of a flower.
The second one looks like a swarm of bees.
Number three is paint splotches.
Number four is a shining star.
Number five just looks like happy balloons.
Number six looks lonely.
They are great. I love the first and fifth ones.
Jenni, thanks for kinda sorta inviting me over 🙂 (and thanks for the additional info).
Sandy, LOVED your analogy (and that one was one of my faves, too) :).
Alix, yeah, I see what you’re sayin’ :).
Kila, I love your eye…how you “see” :).
T.O.B., the fifth one was one of my faves, too :).
I absolutely adore this series. As I slowly scrolled down the screen, I felt like a kid, standing on the ground in awe as my neck craned skyward to take it all in.
Great photography makes you feel. I felt. Wonderful job: I owe you a huge thank you.
love these photos.
my 13-year-olod daughter, however, would only see how all those balloons would impact the environment and get eaten by birds and and and…
spoilsport.
or my 13-year-old daughter. sheesh. one day i’ll proofread.
Carmi, gosh…….thank YOU (learnin’ to love your photography AND prose!).
Janet, wow, environmentally conscious at that age? To be commended (even though I wish she could enjoy the balloons 🙂 ).
Must be the child in me,like looking for animals etc in the clouds
# 1 picture I see a butterfly in flight*
# 2 picture I see a heart*
Love what you captured in the photos
Thank you and Bless you
