Back in the day, the sign just might have "followed" me home…;)

If I found a street sign that had my name on it…it might still follow me home to this day!!! HE HE HE =)
Cool pic!
You’re so popular!
I pulled over and took a road-sign shot at an intersection yesterday, because I loved the combination of words. It’s in my growing Project Green file and may make an appearance soon.
Thanks to your camera, you can “capture” it legally. Fun picture. I really enjoy the sky, clouds, and hint of green treetop used to frame the image. Next time, perhaps you could employ one of your kids with another camera in hand to shoot you shooting. Or a tripod and self timer? Or mirrors? 🙂
i love those vanity road signs…
It’s obviously named for you. How could you doubt it?
There is a town where my mom lives that has a street named Audrey Ave. I’ve taken photos but never taken the sign. It’s cool to find a street with your name on it.
If I ever found a street named MELLI the sign would absolutely HAVE to come home with me! Well… or at least a PICTURE of it! Nicely done!
Very cool I like that, my married name is a brand of tea! I don’t drink it though 🙂
When I was a senior in high, I stole the street sign in our city that was named after the college where I was accepted. I was the only kid in town who was going there, so my mom just knew I was gonna get caught. 🙂
Hey Robin…Love the shot of the street signs and it’s name is just perfect! 😉 I understand about being tired…I had six photo shoots last week and I have been editing like crazy with post production work! But I always make time for GREEN!
Thanks for participating!
Anna
Okay, I just posted my street-sign shot. Maybe some day I’ll find one named after me. Dork Drive. Or Bozo Boulevard. It could happen.
