I have perpetual dark circles under my eyes. Whether it’s hereditary, due to not enough sleep, or allergies and sinus issues, bruisy black and blue half circles rim my bottom lashes, rivaling any of the vampires Twilight manages to dish up.
That’s why I can’t believe there’s a trick out there that really helps camouflage the issue:
