This is where participants ASK questions about stuff they have no idea how to do.
This week mine’s a blog-techie question. I will try my best to filter out the "white noise" in your answer and follow your directions to a "T".
1) Is there an EASY way to make a collapsible blogroll? For TP users, which type of list would I use?
2) How do you do the above with images?
Please, my little techno-wizards…the "Blogging for Dummies" version! 🙂
I have a couple of collapsible blogrolls on my blog, and I created them using this:
http://www.flooble.com/scripts/expand.php
I’m on Blogger, so I’m not sure where you’d put this, but on Blogger we have an option to “add HTML content” and that’s the box I use.
I don’t know about images, but I hope that site helps with the blogrolls!
My friends would marvel that I’m actually tackling TECH questions, but here goes.
Collapsable blogrolls are done with a Flooble box. Really easy. So…
Google for Flooble
(My first poem!) Or email me. Hugs, e-Mom
P.S. I see someone sneaked in the answer before I had a chance to hit “post!”
What do you mean by a blogroll with images? You mean a button in your sidebar that’s linked to a page of blog names?
I wanted to do that too but couldn’t figure it out. But I hated all that space being hogged on my sidebar! So I actually created a blogroll as a post, and put the link to that post on the sidebar. Works for me!
I use flooble script on my WP blog. It’s free at flooble.com (I think)
Hey guys, flooble does look like an option; if that doesn’t work, I guess I’ll go with a page per Marie’s suggestion.
THANKS! 🙂
Thanks for giving advice about thankfulness! Always appreciated. I checked out your link and like the idea – thank you so much for sharing. Good luck getting your collapsible blogroll going – sorry I can’t help with that!

I didn’t like Flooble so I did my own. I’ll post how-to instructions on Tuesday.
Instructions for Collapsible Blogrolls are up, as promised.
