Been there too. Have you ever tried melatonin? Sometimes it helps me–herbal supplement. It doesn’t make you groggy at all, just tells your body it’s time to sleep. i can take it when I’m up in the middle of the night and still be able to get up on time in the morning.

Insomnia really does bite! I hope you fell asleep ok. Last week I was up until 4 a.m. two nights in a row. Mostly because of the switch to Daylight Savings Time.
