One of the most scenic beauties I've discovered lies hidden in South Carolina's Lowcountry–Angel Oak.  To be in its presence is to bask in the glory of God.

Angel Oak

Believed to be 1,500 years old, the magnificent live oak stretches six stories tall with branches that could shade half a football field.  My three children honor their mama by reluctantly agreeing to let me take their picture…they have no idea they're sitting on hallowed ground.

This is one of those times you should definitely supersize the picture!
