   The older I get the more in awe I am of Jesus’s birth story. First off cant imagine being a young teenager pledged to be married & then told you will be pregnant. The fact that she said yes is amazing. Try riding a donkey in the desert while 9 months pregnant. Then birthing the baby in a barn. Not to mention the fact that Jesus willingly left the splendor of Heaven to come to broken Earth to die our death.

   I was surfing around the internet looking at older Christmas angels & found your 12/15/2015 blog about people’s Christmas tree toppers stories. They were delightful & moved me to write our angel’s story. I’ll post it if anyone would be interested but, in summary, we bought her for our first Christmas in 1967 & she’s still up there every year. This year was her 56th Christmas.
