[March] Because I recently tested some Febreze products, my marketing rep let me know about a collaboration between Febreze and Family Dollar that provides FREE products for troops. I thought it worthwhile enough to pass along:
"…responding to one of the military’s most common product donation requests….through Veteran’s Day Febreze and Family Dollar with work in partnership with…Operation Gratitude to send one 2.8 ounce bottle of Febreze To Go to a troop abroad for every Febreze item purchased at Family Dollar stores nationwide."
If you’re a fan of Febreze products, please consider making your purchase at Family Dollar during this time frame.

[THREE] Did you hear Thomas Nelson Publishers is looking for 10,000 bloggers to read and review their books? Your paycheck is a free book for every review. Their paycheck? Clearly, President and CEO Michael Hyatt and his staff understand the power of your voice and realize free books are an investment in their authors.
[FOUR] I’m back at work for Blog Nosh Magazine and Inspired Bliss. Would you like to be a part? For Blog Nosh, I’m looking to republish excellent, magazine-quality content of yours relating to faith; for Inspired Bliss, I’ll soon be adding additional contributors, and the time commitment ranges from weekly-monthly (your choice). For IB I have both specific columns I’m looking to fill and original content. If interested in either or both of these wonderful opportunities, please email me at pensieve(dot)love(at)gmail(dot)com; in the subject line write "Blog Nosh" or "Inspired Bliss". Please…do NOT comment your interest! Note: if you’ve written me before and have not yet heard from me, I hope you’ll understand I receive sometimes hundreds of emails a day; I may have missed yours in spam or simply because it arrived on a heavy volume day. My most sincere of apologies and pleasePLEASE try again!
Whew! That’s all…that’s enough!! 🙂
I would like Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas. I have read a TON of books in the last year (at least 50 while on bedrest with my pregnancy), but one I can think of off the top of my head that you might like is The Great Brain by John D. Fitzgerald. It’s considered a kids book, but I really enjoyed reading it!
I just finished reading The Secret Life of Bees and really enjoyed it so I’d be happy to take The Mermaid Chair off your hands.
I wish our library would track the books we’ve checked out so I could remember all of them but the one that stands out in my mind the most would be Terry Pratchett’s Making Money. When the financial crisis hit a few month later I was sniggering even more than when I first read the book.
I would love to read Power of a Praying Wife. Have you read the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. They have to be my favs of the year.
shelcows(at)gmail(dot)com
Ooh – I ♥ Jodi Picoult and haven’t yet read either of those – would love to win either! Thanks!!!
I’d love Mind Seige, or the devotional for teens for kiddos. You must, MUST, M.U.S.T. read the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer!
I believe I spy a Francine Rivers book in the stack and that’d be my pick! Thanks!
As for what book you should ABSOLUTELY read….The Mysterious Benedict Society. See my review here:

readingtoknow (at) gmail (dot) com
Honestly, I don’t need any more books, but I did want to tell you a book you MUST read. It’s called “Same Kind of Different As Me” by Ron Hall and Denver Moore. You will never be the same again.
Oh I would love a Jodi Picoult or James Patterson book! Thanks for the giveaway!
I would love to read Unveiled by Francine Rivers. I’ve heard nothing but good about it!
As for a good book I’ve read this year…hmm. I don’t know if it should count, since I’ve read it before, but I’ve got to say Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
I would love to read the Mermaids Chair. One book that you should really really read is The Elegant Gathering of White Snows by Kris Radish. One of my fave books. Well worth the read. I am about to read it asgain!!
I’d love to read the Mermaid Chair. I’m excited about that possibility! As for what you should read, please read Snow Flower and the Secret Fan!
I’d love to read The Tenth Circle.
I would love either of the James Patterson books. Thanks for the giveaway.
You have to read Because He Loves Me by Elyse M Fitzpatrick
I would love to read The Power of a Praying Wife
Thank you

Jodi Picoult books would be great. I haven’t read either one of the titles listed. Thanks for the info about blogging book reviews. I will have to look into that.
I would like Unveiled by Francine Rivers. I am currently reading Deafening by Frances Itani which is excellent so far!
I would like Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas. I have no idea what it’s about, so I think I should look into it. A must read for you:
A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. Go hide for a day and gobble the book down all at once. Let me know if I should mail it to you. 🙂
I LOVED the movie “The Notebook” but I never actually read the book. Either “The Notebook” or “The Wedding” by Nicolas Sparks would be great! BUT… I’m a sucker for a great read so honestly, any book would be great! I love learning about authors I have never heard of or books I have never heard of either.
Thank you for a fabulous giveaway!!!
A book that I read this year, that you should, is Sense and Sensibility. I know it is nothing new, but if you haven’t read it, you should. I actually liked it a little better than Pride and Prejudice.
The book I would choose if I were to win, would be Vanishing Act. Thanks for the giveaway.
I would like As the Crow Flies. My fav book this year was the Temeraire series by Naomi Novik.
OOOH! I am an avid reader and a speedy one – I read 3-5 books a week! I would love Power of a Praying Wife – keep meaning to get that one!
Two books I recommend:
Escape http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/818811.Escape and
The Life you Longed For http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/437797.The_Life_You_Longed_For_A_Novel
one was an autobiography and one was fiction, but both really moved me!
I would love to win The Notebook, As the Crow Flies, The Broker or Sweetgrass please 🙂 Thank you for the giveaway!
I would like one of the John Grisham books. Either one, I love his books, but have not read either of those.
I can’t tell you ONE book that you should read, but right now, I’m working my way through Sue Grafton’s ‘Kinsey Milhone” series, that begins with ‘A is for Alibi” and (so far) goes through ‘T is for Trespass’
Thanks for all of your great ideas. Just so you know, I am making your Soup right now ! 🙂 And I’ve done book reviews before so thanks for the lead. Much appreciated!
I’d like As The Crow Flies be Jeffery Archer. I’ve read his work before and enjoyed it. The books I would like to recommend are The Fablehaven series of books by Brandon Mull. They are aimed at YA but I can tell you, they will appeal to all ages. Move over Harry Potter and Spiderwick.
oooh what a great string of giveaways you’ve had!
as for me i would love The Tenth Circle or Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult. I read 19 Minutes and My Sister’s Keeper earlier this year and I absolutely loved them. As for a book or books you just have to read that I have read recently, I would say any of the Stephanie Plumm books by Janet Evanovich, they’re so great for light reading and thoroughly entertaining.
I heard good things about The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks. I’d love to check it out. Currently, I’m reading “The Friday Night Knitting Club” by Kate Jacobs. Not bad.
I want as the Crow flies!
I read eat, pray love
Thank you for the great giveaway!
You MUST read Demon by Tosca Lee. And then make everyone you know read it too. 😉
I’m just sayin’. . .
(don’t enter me, just read the book)
Girlfriend, you just make me tired reading here. You spend more time on your posts than I do cleaning house and doing laundry.
Thank you for posting about Nelson publishing I had no idea! I might just sign up 😀 After finishing this huge pile of books I have haha
I would like to enter to win The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks I already own it and have read it and loved it, but I would really like to win it to give to a friend for christmas. thank you for the chance!

I love to read and I like to be surprised 🙂
Great giveaway! I hope i’m the lucky winner 🙂
I recommend that you read Sunshine by Robin McKinley!
You must read The Search for the Red Dragon by James Owen. It was a good book… unless you haven’t read Ender’s Game. Then, read that one. I would love to have Unveiled.
Thanks for having so many giveaways! I would love to take Unveiled by Francine Rivers off your hands. 🙂 I read her Mark of the Lion trilogy this year (A Voice in the Wind, An Echo in the Darkness, As Sure as the Dawn) and thought they were amazing – I highly recommend them! I also want to recommend another trilogy – by Robin Parrish – Relentless, Fearless, Merciless (I read the latter this year) and thought it was a very original concept for a book. Thanks again.
I would love The Notebook. I saw the movie and loved it. Boy would I love to read the book.
I think I’d take the Francine Rivers book. I’ve done lots of audiobooks this year (I drive a lot for work), but I particularly enjoyed The Poisonwood Bible, and A Thousand Splendid Suns.
Choices choices choices! How to pick?
I’ll read most anything. Bring it on!
I’m doing a little review for Thomas Nelson right now. Great bonus!
Robin,
Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I love your site – and am thrilled to have found it! Have a blessed day!
The Majestic Tapestry Robert Webbe or any stormie o martin books! as for great books to read I love Love and Respect by Dr Emerson Eggreichs and I also highly recommend Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt by Anne Rice
Oh! I’d like the Mitford series! I know it’s a crime, but I’ve never read any of them, but I know everyone raves about them.
There were several books I loved this year…Wiser Than Serpents by Susan May Warren (if you like suspense, with a touch of romance). Also, Sweet Caroline and Love Starts With Elle by Rachel Hauck (if you like chick-lit).

I’d like almost any of those books (except the Sparks ones and Davinci Code snce I already read those)
I would like one of the Mitford series books. ( I haven’t read any of them yet.) I would also recommend the “Monsters of Florence Book” by Lincoln Child. I’m normally a fiction lover, but this was a true story about the authors run in with the Italian police when he was doing research for a book. It was actually quite interesting.

I have been wanting to read the Mermaid Chair for awhile now. You just HAVE to read Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides.
I would like either of the James Patterson books… I haven’t read either of them yet. I am currently reading Nights in Rodanthe and I love it! Thanks so much!

Mind Siege, Point Man and Unveiled all sound like books I’d like. You should read James Patterson and Andrew Gross’s “Judge and Jury”. It’s a great book!
I love Jodi Picoult! A must read is “The Heavenly Man”, the story of a Chinese believer. stonefox@pobox.com
I would like Josh McDowell’s Youth Devotions, please. In the past year, I have not had time to read books beside the Bible and homeschool books (to teach my kids). I guess I recommend you read the Bible (a must-read always!) :).
I would LOVE the Mitford books. I read Perpetua by Amy Rachel Peterson a while ago. Judging by your other books, I think you might like it. It’s a novel based on a true story about a martyr in Rome around 200 A.D. It made me sob. But it also gave me hope that there is grace for whatever situation God allows in your life.

I just saw the comment about the Mark of the Lion series. It’s powerful. Similar to Perpetua. Francine Rivers is an amazing author!
I’d love to read “Seinlanguage”.
Best book would be “The Shack” or “The Female Brain”.
bebemiqui82(at)yahoo(dot)com
The wedding. Read Heaven
I would be interested in Unveile by Francine Rivers. I highly recommend you read The Goose Girl by Shannon Hale. I just finished reading it and loved it. I had trouble putting it down until I finished it. Thanks for the contest!

callmeabookworm AT gmail DOT com
I’d love to read The Notebook, since everyone in the world except me already has.
I can’t think of a single thing I’ve read lately. Darn kids!
OH wait! I really enjoyed The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio: How My Mother Raised 10 Kids on 25 Words or Less, by Terry Ryan
“Naked in Death” by J.D. Robb is my current fav one
I would like the DaVince Code
Sam’s Letters to Jennifer by James Patterson, just because I’ve never read anything by him. Thanks for the heads-up on the Thomas Nelson blogger opportunity! That’s awesome!
I would love When the Crow Flies by Jeffrey Archer!
I would love Unveiled by Francine Rivers. I love to read her works but haven’t read that one. Sounds like we have very similar reading interests…
I have read a lot of good books but if you haven’t read Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers, you should.
I would take any of your books except Davinci Code – it’s the only one of those I’ve already read. After reading it, I’ll pass it around my circle of readers.
I am considering using cloth napkins rather than paper at every meal. Napkin rings at each person’s place will keep them handy for reuse.
Thanks for having the giveaway!
for me it would be The Tenth Circle by Jodi Picoult. I really enjoy her books, but haven’t read that one.
I’d love to win the Prayer that changed everything. You must read Same Kind of Different as Me by Ron Hall and Denver Moore… literally changed my life.
