No matter what you’re doing, no matter how you’re feeling, if you watch this video–and it’s truly a loss if you don’t–you’ll smile from the inside out. The artists likened it to the Beatles, but to me, it had a wonderfully acoustic Simon and Garfunkelian feel to it. Drawing puppy love inspiration from the movies The Notebook and Juno, they wrote it over Christmas break during the Hannah Montana tour–get this–in less than half an hour!
I didn’t even know I was a Jonas Brothers fan, but I’m absolutely smitten…are you? If so, your secret is safe with me. Click here to buy their "A Little Bit Longer" CD for "your children" and no one will be the wiser ;).
Ummmm, Garfunkelian?
I love it! Wow! Thanks for sharing – I’m definitely going to have to look that up on iTunes!
Hmmm…I’ve got no kids. Do you think people would be fooled by “I bought it for the Boxer Babes”?
I’ve never listened to anything by the Jonas Brothers, but that was beautiful – especially the video!
I already have the single on my Ipod…. and I will probably have my techie daughter convert one of the many youtube postings of the video so I can have it on there, too!!
If you like it, I bet you’ll like Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours.”
I loved watching this one, and yes Robin …I found myself smiling! I’ve never listened to their music before but found this one very entertaining. Thanks for bringing them to my attention.
K, I SO did not want to like that song. As a tween mom, I’m in the thick of all things Hannah Montana and HSM. I didn’t need another group’s music to infiltrate my brain.
But DARN IT! I love that song. 🙂
Guess I’ll have to get it “for my girls”. 😉
Oh, that was absolutely beautiful! I really love the Jonas Bros. And hope Olivia (9) will, too!
Kinda cute…both the boys and the song. 😉
Well that was just adorable. I had no idea, I’d never listened to them before!
I had to come back & watch it again today. 🙂
See? I TOLDJA! So stinkin’ adorable, how can you NOT love the song…and the boys? So glad y’all checked it out…to me, this was a magical find (cause normally, I would’ve been too much of a “mom” to give ’em the time of day).
🙂
I’m not going to lie, this little Jonas trio is delicious. And on my iPod…even though I’m too old to justify that. I don’t care.
Wow! Our daughter a big JB fan, but this shows a much deeper side to their talent. Call me impressed.
Brought me right back to the small moments in our life where seeds were planted and futures were born. Thank you so much for sharing this.
I don’t know if I have ever listened to them before, but that was wonderful. But the idea for the video was even more endearing than the song. If they come up with that, too, I am hooked.
Ooh, almost forgot: my wife calls our youngest her Love Bug. What tugs at my heart isn’t so much the term, but the inflection, the tone she uses whenever she calls him that. It reinforces, in my heart, the incredible connection she has with our kids.
Ohhhhhhhhhhh I’ve never heard that song! Thanks for sharing!!! I love it!!! So very sweet!!!! =)
makes me a little misty
